This programme is designed to give you a full and comprehensive understanding of how to rediscover who you are and realise your full potential, transforming yourself to live your best life. The tools and techniques you learn throughout this programme will set you up for life. Next time you want to face a new challenge or make a change, you will know exactly how to do it.
Change for me was always my nemesis. No matter how small the change, it would cause me anxiety. The knock on effect of this was, I didn't move forward, I got stuck, I wasn't reaching my full potential, I missed out on fun, I stayed in places, jobs and relationships that were not good for me, I wasn't who I wanted to be, in fact I didnt really know my purpose or who I really was.
So what did I do?
I spent time discovering what gave me fulfillment, what my real passion was, what was really important to me. Then I looked at my barriers and what was really holding me back. It came down to my own lack of self belief and confidence, so I had to work really hard on my mindset and learn to become self aware, especially when I was engaging in negative thinking. Procrastination really held me back, its always easier to leave it until tomorrow. I learnt how to overcome this. Learning how to set goals was the key moment as it took away the overwhelm I felt when I thought about a new challenge or making a change. I learnt how to set manageable goals and focus on the end result. I gave myself time to adjust and form new habits, learnt to accept setbacks as a way to learn.
The result is I am doing a job I absolutely love, leading a balanced happy life and helping people like you to do the same.
So how am I going to do this?
As a Life Coach I came to realise that many of my clients were in the same situation I used to find myself in. There was a recurring theme, they felt stuck, lacked direction, had goals and ambitions but lacked the confidence and skills to realise them, or even know where to start. Procrastination sets in, the inner belief system works against you, making you believe you're not ready yet, asking 'what if this doesn't work'?... So what happens?, you put it off again and again, stay stuck where you are, in your comfort zone and not leading the fulfilled happy life you want to.
So with this realisation I have designed a structured programme to take you through the 5 steps I took to reach my dream. Within the programme we will look at the balance in your life, your barriers, your beliefs and values, your thinking patterns and you will learn different tools and techniques to change negative thinking and beliefs if needed.

HERE ARE THE MAIN POINTS WE WILL WORK THROUGH DURING THE PROGRAMME
We can get to a point in life where we feel lost or stuck. We lack direction of where we want to go or what we want to do to make life ‘dance’ for us again. These feelings and experiences quite often come after various stages in life including:
Post Education – Choosing a career
Post Family – Having children, going back to work
Post Retirement – Whether this be early or due to medical/health reasons.
This first step will help you Rediscover the person you want to be and the life you want to live.
ENGAGE IN CHANGE
This can be the hardest part to master as we are asking ourselves to come outside of our comfort zone and change habits that have kept us where we are. These habits can be physical or emotional ones and although may be long standing, CAN be changed. It takes 21 days to make or break a habit. In the grand scheme of things, this is not long and certainly NOT impossible.
This part of the programme will look at your life balance and will be the starting point of engaging in change.
SET YOUR GOALS
There are many ways to set goals, however they NEED to be ACHIEVABLE. Setting them too high too soon, could result in you feeling overwhelmed and failing at the first hurdle. This then leads to feelings of not being good enough and therefore, giving up. Goals should not be confused with your dream. Your dreams can be huge, the goals to get there will be smaller and manageable.
This part of the programme will work on teaching you how to set achievable goals using the SMART and Goldilocks technique.
EMBRACE THE CHALLENGE
Choosing to do something different can be quite daunting and can often lead us to putting it off until ‘tomorrow’ and we all know ‘tomorrow’ never comes. Procrastination can really hold us back from reaching our full potential. Making a conscious effort to embrace the challenge ahead can be powerful and enlightening and give a real sense of fulfilment and purpose.
In this part of the programme we will look at ways to embrace the challenge and ensure your thought processes are firing right to be able to do this effectively.
TRANSFORM YOUR LIFE
Transforming your life sounds dramatic doesn’t it? But sometimes all it takes is a bit of courage to come out of your comfort zone and make changes to become the person you want to be. Transformation can happen slowly and sometimes it’s, consciously unnoticeable. This is proof new habits (whether physical or emotional) are forming, embedding and becoming second nature.
Here we will look at your progress and revisit any topic that may need tweaking to be more effective. By the end you will have the skills, knowledge and techniques to use throughout your life.
Have a clear idea of which direction you want to go
Understand what is holding you back and challenge your negative beliefs
Learn how to prevent procrastination
Understand why you think like you do and learn tools and techniques to change unhelpful thinking habits
Create and build new habits
Become proficient at achievable goal setting

This programme consists of 7 sessions via Zoom.
Sessions 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5 will be scheduled 2 weeks apart.
Sessions 6 & 7 will be scheduled 4 weeks apart. These will be check-in sessions to monitor progress and revisit anything you feel you need to.
In-between session support will be available via email.
