It's really important to discover what triggers your anxiety. This may take some time but once you know, you can start to learn how to recognise them and learn how to change them. This could be as simple as adding a new positive experience to that trigger or changing your thought process towards it.

These are just some examples of what can trigger anxiety. Anything can be a trigger, it depends on your experiences but finding what they, or it is, is a huge step to recovery.
