So, what are Lifestyle Changes?

Lifestyle changes are Behaviour modifications or habit changes that encourage positive changes in your life.

There are 3 main categories of lifestyle changes.  These are:

Psychological Changes:

This includes changes to your attitude, your mood and the way you manage stress.

Behavioural Changes:

This category relates to your sleeping habits, activity level and planning efforts.

Dietary Changes:

This includes diet and nutrition.  Making healthy changes to your diet can help you lose weight, balance hormone levels and manage pain.

I will work with you through a structured 9 step process to teach you how to make effective and long lasting lifestyle changes and help you to become the person you want to be.  A habit takes 21 days to make or break and a short amount of time after that to become automatic.  Once we have discovered the habits and behaviours that need to change we will look at balancing your physical, mental and emotional health to ensure they are all working in unison for your lifestyle changes to be effective and long lasting.  The skills you learn on the way will be with you for the rest of your life and you can tap into these every time you want to improve areas of your life.  Our work together will include goal setting, structuring, habit forming, behaviour change, overcoming your demotivating factors, progress tracking and discovering your 'WHY'
