Anxiety Coaching is used to support you through learning and understanding how and why anxiety affects you, what triggers your anxiety and how to take back control.  Using various techniques to challenge you and your thinking habits will enable you to focus on what is helpful and what is harmful and feeding your anxiety.  With my support and guidance and your commitment, together we can walk your journey to a happier, less anxious and more fulfilled life.

My Approach (Working With You)

Anxiety can be debilitating, unforgiving, frustrating or maybe just a little bit of an annoying irritant that wont leave you alone.  It can also feel like a monumentous task to tackle it.  Whatever it is for you, I personally understand what you are going through.  I wont only be teaching you what I have learnt through my qualifications but more importantly from my own experiences with it.  Sharing my story has benefitted my patients and clients enormously and helped them realise they are not alone.

My sessions are relaxed, friendly, personable and tailored for you.  I will encourage you to talk but you will not be expected to disclose information that makes you feel uncomfortable, although at times I may challenge your thoughts.

The 'Action Against Anxiety' programme (8 sessions) or Individual sessions can be booked through this website and all sessions will be via video zoom call and last for 60 minutes.


After our initial Free, no obligation Consultation, I will be able to suggest the best approach and we can agree a suitable way forward.  Some people will have just 2 or 3 sessions, others like to work together each month for a longer period. My thoughts here are to be flexible to your needs. You may wish to just dip in every now again to re-visit or re-focus on certain areas and that is absolutely ok too.

Regardless of how you choose to work with me, there is no set limit to the amount of sessions.  If after following the 'Action Against Anxiety' programme you feel you would benefit from more support, this can be put in place.

When our work is complete you will have a good sound knowledge of anxiety and have tools and techniques to use throughout your life and most importantly, live life more in control.



I have designed a 90-day programme, which includes 8 sessions. During this programme I will take you through understanding your anxiety type, discovering your triggers, how and which areas of your life it affects, what happens physically and mentally when anxiety strikes. I will provide you with various thought processing techniques allowing you to change negative and unhelpful thoughts to positive and helpful ones. I will provide you with a (metaphorical) toolbox full of tools and techniques for you to learn and use for the rest of your life. 

Individually Tailored Sessions

Individual sessions will follow a no obligation consultation call.  You may have had support in the past and have good knowledge of anxiety. 


These sessions can be used to guide you through a specific situation or be used as a reminder of which tools and techniques would best work for your type of anxiety.  You may even pick up some new ones that work even better for you!!
